My solace
A constant reminder of what’s good and true and holy
My sacred connection to the beating heart of the world
A tender mother feeding my soul with ferocious beauty
A living oracle
A deep immersion into a consciousness so much bigger, so much vaster, so much more wildly alien and mysterious than my own.
Oh YES! The forest calls to me as well. She is full of living Tree Beings who speak to me and welcome me to their home as I walk among them.
