I also thought that the euphoric, passionate feelings were the only way I could access creative work. (I did have instances where I created art in the bad mood, but the passionate itch was still present…) but to be able to create in any mood, that’s something to strive for.
Probably it would not be the same work you do in the uplifted states, but it doesn’t make it less valuable.
