Our primary method of keeping in touch with you is through our Newsletter which is sent out roughly once a month. We may also send out other emails from time to time advertising other events, classes, or workshops that we offer that we think you might be interested in. We will never sell, trade, or give away your name and email to other people.
When you hit the Subscribe! button on one of our newsletter signup boxes your name and email address are sent to our email marketing service Constant Contact. They will not sell or distribute your information to anyone else. Look under Data Storage below for more info about them and a link to their privacy policies.

You can block cookies if you don’t want them to be installed in your browser. Please check the instructions for your web browser or use a third party tool to block cookies. But know that some website functionality may not work properly if you do.

1) Data on our website:
Workshops and Live Events – When you register for a live workshop or a retreat with us your information gets stored in a database here on our website. We will store your name, email, and phone number for starters. Depending on the event you register for, we may also collect and store your food requests, room request and emergency contact info. This information gets passed on to the retreat centers we work with to make your stay more comfortable and safe.
Online Classes and Memberships – When you register for an online class or membership program with us we will store your name, email, and mailing address if it has been requested to send you materials for the class. We will only use this information to email you reminders about the class, get in touch with you if there are technical problems, or send you materials in the mail. Your name and mail address gets sent to our assistant who does our bulk mailings. You will also receive a confirmation email and receipt of payment if you paid for a membership from us.
2) Constant Contact: Constant Contact is an email marketing service that we use to send you newsletters and announcements about classes and upcoming events that we are hosting. When you sign up for our newsletter your name and email address are added to our database at Constant Contact. They do not resell, trade, or distribute any of the information in our database with anyone else. The are GDPR compliant and you can unsubscribe from our list at anytime by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

3) Acuity Scheduling: If you sign up for an astrology reading, creative coaching session, business mentoring package, or enroll in one of our live or online weekly classes your registration information will be sent to the Acuity Scheduling service. We collect your name, phone number, email address, and, in the case of astrology readings, we may ask you to provide the date, time, and location of your birth so that we can provide your reading. That information is stored in Acuity Scheduling for reference as well as on our personal computers so that we can print your chart. The Astrology program we use, Io Editions, does not send or relay any of your information over the internet and your information is only kept on our local computers and backups.
The Acuity Scheduling service allows you to book and reschedule appointments at times that work for you without us both having to trade 20 emails back and forth. Acuity Scheduling has their own privacy policy which you can check out. However, they only use your data to book your appointments or classes. You will receive an automated confirmation and reminder email from Acuity Scheduling service when you enroll and when its time for your session.
4) Other Services: In addition to the main services above we also use other services to assist in running our business. All of these services are GDPR compliant and have their own privacy statements. These include:
Zapier – Zapier is a go between service that allows our website to transfer data to other services such as AirTable and Dropbox (below). Your data is never stored with Zapier but travels through their service on route to other places. Zapier Privacy Policy
Dropbox – We store some registration information for our events on Dropbox to make it easier for us to communicate with our assistant. The data here is password protected and only available to us and our assistant. Dropbox Privacy Policy

Your Right to Review and Delete Your Data
If you want to review or remove the data from our website please let us know and we will confirm your identity and send you a link to download or delete your data.
If you want to review or remove your information from one of the services we use to run our business then use the service’s tools (for example the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Constant Contact email we send) or contact us and we will take care of it.
