Your creative muse gives ZERO fucks about what you think regarding your capabilities or training when you make art. She doesn’t care if you think you are a shitty artist. Or not talented. Or never enough. She doesn’t pay any attention to when you compare yourself to others and fervently believe that you are lacking.
She takes none of that nonsense seriously. And neither should you.
She just wants you to create. Over and over and over again. What you create is her department and none of your business. Showing up to your art is all YOU need to do.
All she ever asks of you are these three things: Trust her. Trust yourself. Trust your brush.
Nothing else matters. Nothing else NEEDS to matter.
You’ve got this. Now go and paint!!!
