Welcome to the Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training Program! We are so excited that you have taken the leap and made the commitment to join us in this incredible year long adventure into starting your own expressive arts business and practice!
To complete the registration process please fill out the form below. You will be asked to provide contact information and your payment plan details.
Schedule
The training consists of 120 hours of instruction and practice spanning 6 months. Within this time there will be:
- 4 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) online intensives where we meet from 10am – 2pm (Pacific Time) each day.
- 22 weekly session on Tuesdays from 10am – 2pm (Pacific Time) between April 26 & October 21, 2025.
- 2 week session breaks in July and September
Location
We will be meeting in the Creative Juices Arts Online Studio using the Zoom Video Conferencing Platform. You will need a computer or table with a stable internet connection to access the class.

$6,500
Address
We will be sending you a medium sized package that will contain your Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training Program manual and a few other items. Please use a mailing address where you can receive packages. We will also post your address on the private Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training home page so you can connect with your fellow students.
Payment Plan
To reserve your place in the Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training Program Online you will need to pay a $500 deposit when you register below. You will also choose your payment plan for how you would prefer to pay for the training. There are two payment options:
Full amount – We will provide a link for you to pay the remaining full amount of $6,000 before the start of the training. The payment must be made before the first class on April 26, 2025.
Installments – We will provide a link for you to pay the $1,000 installments due on the first of each of the 6 following months (4/26/2025, 6/1/2025, 7/1/2025, 8/1/2025, 9/1/2025, and 10/1/2025). The first installment will be due before the first class on April 26, 2025.
Course Materials
Immediately after registering you will have access to our own private Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training Program Online homepage and a Facebook group where you can begin to connect with other students in your cohort. In addition, you will find links to resources, materials, our online classroom where we will be meeting, as well as some teaching videos to get you started.
Once we receive your mailing address we will mail you your Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training manual and a few other items that we will be using throughout the training. Please make sure that the address you provide below can receive packages from the USPS.
Attendance Policy & Expectations
Our intention is that you will attend all sessions of the 4 weekend intensives as well as the 22 weekly sessions. However, we recognize that emergencies may arise and this may not always be possible. The teachings sessions will be recorded and if you miss a session you will be required to watch the recordings later. Completion of the this training requires that you miss no more than 3 sessions (12 hours) of the training as well as completing all assignments and experiential opportunities listed below:
- 2 opportunities to facilitate your classmates while being shadowed by Chris or Tim
- 2 opportunities to lead a 10 minute meditation
- 2 opportunities to lead a 10 minute movement experience
- 4 short writings
- 2 five minute videos posted to the Facebook group
In addition, you should plan on spending an extra 2 hours a week reading articles from the Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training manual, journaling about your experience, and doing your own creative practice.

Terms of Service, Policies, and Disclaimers
Cancellations
Once the training has started there are no cancellations. Due to the professional nature of this training your spot in the training cannot be filled by someone else once the training has started. If you leave the training at any time for any reason, full payment for any remaining cost of the training will be due immediately.
In addition, if you decide to cancel the training before 30 days of the start of the training you will be responsible for paying the total cost of the training immediately upon your cancellation unless your spot can be filled by someone else in which case you will be reimbursed for the cost minus the deposit and a $25 processing fee.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Alcohol & Drug Policy
The Wild Heart Expressive Arts Teacher Training Program is a professional level training aimed at teaching you how to use the expressive arts for healing purposes. Your successful participation in the training requires that you show up fully to yourself, your feelings, your creative process, your inner life and other members of the circle in a respectful and meaningful way. As a result I do not tolerate the use of alcohol or recreational drugs during the training.
Showing up means having the intention to be fully present, and in our experience, drugs and alcohol tend to lead to numbing out and disconnection, which is the opposite of presence. Our expectation is that you will not drink alcohol or use any other kind of recreational drug during the weeks that we are together online so that we can all be focused on healing, learning and growing. If it comes to our attention that you are abusing alcohol or drugs during our live sessions you will be asked to leave the training immediately and you will still be expected to pay the full tuition.
Health and Wellness Issues
We support and will accommodate those with special needs to the degree that we are able. However, you must fully disclose any health or mental health related issues that might interfere with your attendance or participation in the training. We expect that you will be able to take full responsibility for yourself and will follow any and all doctor’s recommendations regarding medications, treatment plans, or other health guidance. Failure to do so in a way that puts yourself or others at risk will result in you being asked to leave the training immediately without a refund or credit. We do not provide nursing or psychiatric care services at our events. Please communicate all of your relevant health needs with us before registering.
