I have faced all of these 'women' since I began painting in March this year. One by one I have dealt with them all - selfish, ugly, fat, bitchy and the end result are some very bold and colourful paintings that everyone loves - even me! I'm loving that people love my paintings, but it wouldn't matter to me if they didn't, because I do. I love how I feel now. Painting has empowered me in a way nothing else has.
