I also love how you talked about how self-acceptance - or a lack thereof - can directly influence our ability to say yes, to surrender to the juice that's flowing in the moment. So many times I've seen a great wave coming, and then dodged left or right because I couldn't be ok enough with me just to ride it. And I've seen the same thing happen to bunches of other people too. So here's another yay for having the courage to practice self-acceptance, to ride the wave and to see it through to a great big beautiful end.
